Cambodia Conducts Final Checks on High School Exam Centers Ahead of Schedule

The administration of the 7 Makara District in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, conducted a final inspection of three examination centers on August 8, 2026, to ensure the smooth running of the Bac II (high school graduation) examination scheduled for August 10. Mr. Teng Sothul, the governor of 7 Makara District, stated that the district administration led a joint force to inspect three examination centers, including the Bak Tuk Cheung and Tboung High School and the Bak Tuk Primary School. These centers comprise a total of 125 examination rooms, aimed at guaranteeing that the Bac II examination, scheduled for August 10, 2026, proceeds with order, transparency, and high security. The district governor further reported that the inspection confirmed the examination sites, rooms, restrooms, and surrounding areas were clean, orderly, and environmentally sound. He also affirmed that desks, chairs, blackboards, lighting systems, and other necessary equipment were in good working condition, with entrances and locations appropriately arranged for safety and convenience. Minor deficiencies were immediately rectified and supplemented to ensure the examination's success with quality, transparency, and high efficiency. The governor also appealed to all citizens and stakeholders to cooperate in maintaining order and respecting traffic laws to facilitate the candidates during the upcoming examination days.
