Napolcom Orders Probe into Police Official's Alleged Assault on Student
The National Police Commission (Napolcom) has ordered an investigation into allegations that a police official assaulted and threatened to kill a college student. The complainant, a 20-year-old student, has identified Senior Master Sgt. Don Carlos Almonidovar of the General Trias Component City Police Station as the alleged perpetrator.
