The Philippines' Department of Health (DoH) plans to expand PhilHealth's outpatient HIV treatment package to include preventive medicine and testing, aiming to achieve its target of 95% of people living with HIV (PLHIV) on treatment. Currently, only 66% of PLHIV are receiving medication.
