Hanoi police have indicted four executives from AZ Thăng Long company for illegally collecting approximately 80 billion VND (around $3.2 million USD) in surcharges from nearly 300 social housing buyers and renters. The accused allegedly used various schemes, including 'right to purchase registration certificates' and 'consulting contracts,' to collect these funds, which were then used for company expenses and personal gain.
