Yangon, July 8 A Russian military delegation and Russian cargo planes are arriving continuously in Naypyidaw this month to provide military training to the State Administration Council (SAC) forces, a military source in Naypyidaw told Khit Thit Media. On July 4, an IL-76 military cargo plane from Russia and a Russian delegation arrived in Naypyidaw. Currently, the Russian delegation is providing military training to officers and soldiers of the SAC in Naypyidaw, and the Russian IL-76 aircraft is scheduled to remain parked until July 15, it was learned. "The IL-76 aircraft has been in Naypyidaw since July 4. The Russian military has arrived to provide training until July 15," explained the military source in Naypyidaw.
