The committee's objective is to monitor the progress of projects funded for producing and developing safe and creative media, and to drive efficient management of these grants. Dr. Thanakorn explained the reason for inviting Mr. Wichai as chairman: "We hope to leverage Mr. Wichai's experience, perspective, and knowledge to provide advice that helps small media enterprises develop themselves, grow into large companies in the future, and build a creative media industry." He noted that small media entrepreneurs in Thailand possess high potential and capability but lack capital, and the fund's goal is to support them in creating business opportunities and developing their work after receiving grants.
