Sihanoukville Hosts Ceremony Commemorating 33rd Anniversary of Cambodia's Constitution

A ceremony celebrating the 33rd anniversary of the promulgation of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia was held in Sihanoukville on September 24, 2026. The event was attended by H.E. Vong Phanath, Chairman of the Provincial Council, and H.E. Samut Sotharith, Deputy Governor of Preah Sihanouk Province, along with provincial council members, deputy governors, district chiefs, and representatives from relevant provincial departments. Organized by the Preah Sihanouk Provincial Administration, the ceremony followed directives from the National and International Events Organizing Committee. Lotus flowers were offered to honor the Constitution, recognizing it as the supreme law of the land that guarantees Cambodia's independence, sovereignty, and continuous development. The Provincial Administration had prepared 23 plans to ensure the success of the celebration.
