A concrete bridge and road connecting to Koh Chamroeun Island in Kandal Province, Cambodia, have been inaugurated on the occasion of Hun Sen's 74th birthday. The infrastructure project was initiated by Hun Sen following a tragic ferry sinking incident last year that claimed the lives of 11 students.
