Cambodia Officially Protests Thai Military Incursions, Border Tensions Rise
The Cambodian government has officially protested alleged incursions by Thai armed forces into Cambodian territory. Phnom Penh condemned acts such as the construction of a concrete wall near Ta Krabey Temple and the burning of a warehouse in the O'Smach area as violations of sovereignty. Delays in the joint border demarcation process are also a point of contention.
