CALAPAN, Oriental Mindoro — Police on Thursday (July 23) arrested Calapan City’s sixth most wanted suspect in Barangay Guinobatan, Calapan City, as part of the Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office’s intensified campaign against wanted fugitives.
