Maxbit Partners with Thai Chess Association to Support National Team for 2026 Olympiad

In the opening round, Prin, with a rating of 2363, defeated GM Arjun Erigaisi of India, who boasts a rating of 2759. This upset was one of the most closely watched results of the opening day, demonstrating the potential of Thai chess players to compete against world-class opponents. Although the Thai team ultimately lost to India with a score of 1-3 in that match, individual achievements like Prin's victory underscore the team's capabilities. Beyond financial and logistical support for the Olympiad, the partnership will also feature a series of photographs under the "Every Move Starts with a Strategy." theme. These visuals aim to capture a different facet of the athletes, showcasing their personalities, thought processes, and the strategic depth behind each move.
