Cambodia Intensifies Crackdown on Illegal Fishing to Protect Fishery Resources

In Kampong Thom province, Cambodia, the military and fisheries administration have intensified their crackdown on illegal fishing activities. Numerous prohibited fishing gear, including gill nets, were seized and destroyed as part of efforts to sustainably conserve national fishery resources and meet the needs of the people.
