VioEdu Arena 2026 Finals: 3,550 Students Compete Nationwide, Boosting Digital Skills

The "VioEdu Arena 2026" national finals, organized by the online education platform VioEdu, concluded on July 26th, bringing together 3,550 students from across Vietnam. Held simultaneously in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City, the event is part of FPT's initiative to boost digital literacy among Vietnamese youth. Expanding from its first offline edition in 2025, this year's competition added Da Nang as a new venue. Participants competed in regional qualifiers in the morning, with the top 30 from each region advancing to the national finals in the afternoon. Real-time ranking updates on LED screens created a lively atmosphere for both competitors and spectators. The event provides a unique opportunity for students to engage in direct competition with peers who share similar passions, a contrast to online-only interactions. Organizers ensured smooth operations and automated scoring, with one venue accommodating up to 443 students simultaneously. With a total prize pool of 1 billion VND (approximately $40,000 USD), winners received scholarships, laptops, and tablets. Organizers aim to establish the VioEdu Arena as an annual summer tradition, preparing the younger generation to become globally competitive digital citizens before the new academic year. Launched in 2020, VioEdu Arena has attracted over 20 million student participants, becoming a well-known online learning platform in Vietnam. Through interactive challenges lasting 15-20 minutes, students develop logical thinking, reflexes, and concentration, also preparing them for future competency assessments. The platform has garnered significant praise from schools and educational authorities for democratizing access to technology nationwide and fostering proactive, healthy learning habits among students.
