Vietnam Proposes Stricter Tutoring Regulations, Fines Up to VND50 Million for Teachers and Schools

Vietnam's Ministry of Education and Training has announced plans to significantly strengthen penalties for illegal tutoring and supplementary classes. Teachers, schools, and tutoring centers could face fines of up to VND50 million (approximately $2,000 USD) for unregistered operations or forcing students to attend.
