Vietnamese Top Legislator Pays Tribute to Late Lao NA President
Xaysomphone Phomvihane, Member of the Politburo of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party and President of the National Assembly, has passed away. The Communist Party of Vietnam sent condolences, and Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly, Tran Thanh Man, led a delegation to pay respects and meet with Lao leaders. Laos has declared a five-day period of national mourning.
