Lao PDR Reaffirms Multilateralism at UNGA, Stresses LDC Graduation Transition

Laos' Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed the importance of multilateralism and UN-centered international cooperation at the UN General Assembly. He called for a sustainable transition strategy and continued technical and financial support from the international community for the country's LDC graduation in November 2026.
