Plains: Average minimum temperature of 25°C and average maximum temperature of 36°C. Winds from the southwest and west will blow at an average speed of 3 meters per second. Provinces such as Banteay Meanchey, Battambang, Poipet, Kampong Chhnang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Tboung Khmum, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Takeo, Kandal, and Phnom Penh capital may experience rain with thunderstorms and gusts, covering 30% of the land area. 2. Highlands: Average minimum temperature of 23°C and average maximum temperature of 33°C. Winds from the southwest and west will blow at an average speed of 2 meters per second. Provinces such as Kampong Speu, Pailin, Oddar Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Treng, Ratanakiri, Mondulkiri, the Dangrek mountain range, and the Cardamom mountain areas may experience rain with thunderstorms and gusts, covering 40% of the land area. 3.
