Bukidnon's Most Wanted Murder Suspect Killed During Arrest Operation

VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON, Philippines — A 45-year-old murder suspect listed as “most wanted” in Bukidnon province was killed during an armed confrontation in the course of an arrest operation in Sitio Lagaan, Barangay Apo Macote, Malaybalay City, on Thursday, September 24. Authorities reported that the suspect was sought by law enforcers on force of an arrest warrant. Police said the suspect, whose identity was withheld pending notification of his family, was killed after he allegedly shot at the arresting officers when they arrived at his hideout.
