Ms. Khoun Khunty, a Cambodian People's Party official, instructed party members in Kampong Svay district to continue good deeds for local residents, fostering trust and affection. Emphasis was placed on engaging youth of voting age and assisting with identification document renewals.
Ms. Khoun Khunty, who leads the working group for Kampong Svay district, has urged all members of the Cambodian People's Party (CPP) to continue doing good deeds for local residents, fostering affection and trust. This directive was issued during a consultation meeting with party members at the Damrei Slaap Commune Party office in Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province, on August 1, 2026. Ms. Khunty emphasized that providing good and honest services with virtuous actions are top priorities that attract popularity and deeply root support, responding to the leadership that has assisted the commune. She stated that all working groups must be committed to dedicating themselves in every way to the local community. This includes fostering trust by directly meeting with residents, especially engaging youth of voting age, strengthening their awareness, and increasing closeness and affection with them. Furthermore, she instructed the teams to check if their members have sufficient documentation, particularly urging prompt renewal of expired identification cards. Addressing youth who have reached voting age and those not yet on the voter list are urgent tasks that must be resolved quickly. Ms. Khunty added that internal solidarity is of utmost importance, and commitments by each village must be fulfilled regardless of any issues. She also called on all members to take good care of their health to continue their work in the local area for further progress. Source: AKP Khmer
