Toungoo’s Ketumati Ancient City Restoration: 210-foot Moat Bridge Construction Begins
The Bago regional government is advancing restoration efforts at the ancient city of Ketumati in Toungoo. Following its 2025 designation as a cultural heritage site, construction of a 210-foot moat bridge has commenced to preserve and enhance the historical site originally established by King Mingyi Nyo.
