Kepler Tower HH-02 Welcomes First Residents

TSQ Vietnam and project developer Nam Son Invest have handed over the first apartments at Kepler Tower HH-02, welcoming initial residents. At the handover event on July 29, a reception and guidance area was set up to assist residents with their move-in procedures. The first residents received symbolic handover gifts and tokens of appreciation from the developer's representatives, officially beginning their settlement journey at the project. The handover ceremony also served as an opportunity for TSQ Vietnam and Nam Son Invest to meet and exchange with residents before the project enters its operational phase, while guiding them through the move-in process and congratulating the families. Following the ceremony, residents toured the actual apartments, inspected their condition upon handover, and directly experienced the quality of the construction after the building process. From the lobby, corridors, and elevators to each apartment, everything was completed to a uniform standard, meeting the handover specifications as committed. Inside the apartments, the design optimizes functionality, leveraging natural light and air circulation to create a sense of spaciousness. During the move-in process, many residents provided positive feedback on the finishing quality after inspecting the doors, floors, sanitary equipment, electrical and water systems, and other technical aspects. Additionally, the view overlooking the Ha Dong urban area was a point of significant interest for many customers. "Directly inspecting the construction quality before handover helps many residents feel more secure in choosing Kepler Tower HH-02 as their long-term home," a representative from the developer stated. The handover process was implemented step-by-step with support from a customer care team, from inspecting the apartment's condition and guiding through paperwork to answering any arising questions, ensuring a smooth move-in experience. Speaking at the event, a TSQ Vietnam representative stated that the handover ceremony not only marks the project's completion but also initiates the phase of partnership between the developer and residents. The company is ready to enter the operational phase, coordinating with the management unit to assist residents with their move-in procedures and ensure a safe and convenient living environment. According to the developer's representative, in addition to construction quality, the company prioritizes post-handover operations and services. Throughout the implementation, the project adhered to legal, progress, and construction quality criteria, while operational plans, technical support, and resident care were also prepared to help residents settle in quickly.
