2026年8月11日午後3時10分、Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 07 Makara, Phnom Penh通り211沿いの5番ビル「ボレイ・ケイラ」前で、精神障害を患った女性が4階から5階まで走って飛び降り、重傷を負うというサプライズが起きた。 被害者は28歳のデン・スレイ・ドスさんで、3人の兄弟と一緒に家（5番棟の4階）に住んでいます（精神的健康上の問題）。
