Vietnam Expands VNeID Access for Foreigners from September 28
Vietnam will expand access to its national electronic identification application, VNeID, for foreign nationals starting September 28, 2026. This allows individuals who lawfully enter or reside in Vietnam to apply, regardless of their specific residency status. Companies must identify affected personnel and digital accounts.
