He is scheduled to deliver his speech at 4 p.m. in the House of Representatives' plenary hall, with approximately 20,000 police personnel deployed in the area.

Marcos' 5th State of the Nation Address (SONA) The chopper carrying the President landed at Batasang Pambansa at 3:38 p.m. The President was welcomed by Senate President Sherwin Gatchalian, House Speaker Faustino "Bojie" Dy III, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief of staff Gen. Antonio Nafarrete. The President went straight to the Legislators Executive Lounge, where he was joined by other legislators. First Lady Louise ''Liza'' Araneta-Marcos, wearing white Filipiniana, was also in attendance. Also present was their son, House Majority Leader Sandro Marcos. Marcos will deliver his 2026 SONA at the plenary hall of the House of Representatives in Batasang Pambansa at 4 p.m. The Philippine National Police (PNP) has deployed 20,000 personnel in Quezon City ahead of the SONA, including along Commonwealth Avenue, where protesters are gathered. —VAL, GMA News
