Prabowo Targets 700 SOEs Closure by Year-End
President Prabowo is pushing for the consolidation and reduction of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), targeting the closure of an additional 700 SOEs by the end of 2026. So far, 290 SOEs have been closed, reportedly saving Rp 50 trillion in state budget.
