Murder Suspect Arrested Hours After Fatal Incident in Ho Chi Minh City

A suspect has been arrested hours after a murder incident occurred on the evening of September 13th in a residential area of Ho Chi Minh City. The incident resulted in the death of a 72-year-old man and injuries to two other individuals. The crime took place at a house located in an alley off Vo Thi Sau Street in Phuoc Hai Commune. The 72-year-old victim sustained multiple stab wounds and died at the scene. His wife and son-in-law were injured in the head, hands, and legs. Immediately following the incident, the Criminal Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police, along with Phuoc Hai Commune Police, cordoned off the crime scene and initiated a manhunt. Late on the night of September 13th, the alleged perpetrator, identified as Nguyen Tri H., 25, was apprehended while hiding in Long Huong Commune. Initial reports suggest the suspect had a prior acquaintance with the victim's family. The police are currently conducting further investigations to clarify the details of the case.
