Cotabato execs, Army bolster peacebuilding efforts
Local executives in Cotabato province and the Army's 10th Infantry Division have agreed to expand cooperation on peacebuilding activities in the province, aiming to restore normalcy in areas cleared of the New People's Army (NPA).
