PNP chief defends police actions vs teachers' rally at Malacañang

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Police General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. defended the police response to a teachers' rally held around the Malacañang Complex. He explained that assemblies should be held in designated areas and that police were enforcing rules for the safety of participants and the public.
