Vietnam Initiates Criminal Case Over Schoolyard Bullying Incident

In Phu Tho province, northern Vietnam, police initiated a criminal case on May 22 against two students from the Viet-Xo Vocational College No. 1, charging them with public disturbance after a female student was severely beaten by a group of peers. The incident, which went viral on social media, resulted in significant injuries to the victim.
