DOLE chief confident P85 wage hike in Metro Manila will prevail despite TRO
A temporary restraining order (TRO) has been issued against the P85 minimum wage hike in Metro Manila following a petition by two construction firms. However, DOLE Secretary Francis Tolentino expressed confidence that the Constitution and the rule of law will ultimately uphold the wage increase.
