Singaporean Hospitality Brand to Manage International Services at Alora Nha Trang
Singapore's The Ascott Limited, through its "lyf" brand, will manage and provide international services for a portion of the Alora Nha Trang project. This collaboration aims to blend international hospitality expertise with Vietnamese market understanding to offer a new lodging experience.
The hospitality brand "lyf" under Singapore-based The Ascott Limited will commence partial management and international service provision at the Alora Nha Trang project in the central coastal resort city of Nha Trang. This collaboration, formalized through a partnership agreement signed on September 17 between KDI Group and The Ascott Limited, aims to integrate international hospitality expertise with a deep understanding of the Vietnamese market. Under the agreement, the "lyf" brand will consult on spatial planning, architecture, interior design, and amenities for a portion of the Alora Nha Trang towers, and will also be responsible for future operational management. For other residences managed by KDI Group, The Ascott Limited will provide common facility services, striving to maintain consistent quality and guest experiences. David Cumming, The Ascott Limited's Regional General Manager for Indochina, expressed optimism that the Alora Nha Trang partnership will introduce a new lodging option to Nha Trang's tourism market. He highlighted the synergy of international experience in the accommodation sector with local market insight. The "lyf" brand is known for its accommodation model that blends rest, work, and community connection. Its spaces typically integrate co-working areas, social zones, F&B outlets, and amenities supporting daily life during a stay. At Alora Nha Trang, this concept will be realized through facilities such as a reception lobby, cafe lounge, co-working space, gym and yoga rooms, community kitchen, and self-service laundry. These amenities are distributed vertically within the tower, catering to the diverse needs of residents and guests. Located in Bai Tien, along the extended Pham Van Dong - Tran Phu route within the Libera Nha Trang complex, Alora Nha Trang is positioned as a "Nightlife Landmark," focusing on after-sunset experiences. The project offers a range of unit types, from studios to one-to-three-bedroom apartments, penthouses, and Bizhomes. According to the developer, over 90% of the apartments boast sea or open views. In addition to "lyf," Alora Nha Trang features participation from a Dubai-based corporation in its entertainment and F&B complex. KDI Group is developing these brands as part of its accommodation ecosystem within Libera Nha Trang. Previously, brands from Meliá Hotels International also operated within this complex. The addition of "lyf" further expands the brand portfolio at Libera Nha Trang, targeting guests who seek a combination of accommodation, experiences, work, and community engagement. Le Minh Tam, CEO of Vega City JSC, KDI Group's real estate development arm, emphasized the distinct roles: KDI Group focuses on product development and destination understanding, while The Ascott Limited brings international operational management experience. Both parties anticipate this partnership will complement the lodging offerings for Libera Nha Trang and the broader Nha Trang-Khang Hoa market. Source: VnExpress
