The crash occurred at 4:15 p.m. when the 57-year-old driver of a HOWO T7 fuel tanker, which was heading north toward Bago City, reportedly fell asleep while driving, according to Police Master Sgt. The other victims—a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl—sustained injuries and remain under medical treatment.
