Cambodia: Online Journalist Sentenced to 2 Years for Criticizing Soldier Conditions

A court in Cambodia's northern Udor Meanchey province has sentenced former online journalist Luot Sophal to two years in prison for online posts criticizing the government's handling of conditions for soldiers on the front lines. He was convicted of undermining troop morale and inciting criminal acts.
