Pailin Governor Inspects Service Delivery at Municipal/District Administrations to Ensure Timely Response to Citizen Needs

Pailin Province, Cambodia – On August 4, 2026, Dr. Bin Sreymom, Governor of Pailin Province, inspected the service delivery at the One-Stop Service Center and the Pailin Municipal and Salak Krou District Police Inspectorates. The visit aimed to strengthen the management of service delivery in accordance with legal standards, leading to improved service quality and increased citizen satisfaction. Governor Dr. Bin Sreymom stated that the One-Stop Service Center is not merely a place for consolidating various administrative services but plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality, efficiency, transparency, and accountability of sub-national administrative services. She emphasized that providing administrative services through the One-Stop Service Center means receiving applications at the center and delivering the final results to service requesters through the same channel, while strictly avoiding any delays in service provision or computer system transmission. The governor further affirmed that the One-Stop Service Center promotes citizen participation in providing feedback and improving administrative services, reduces corruption, and increases public trust in the administrative system. Additionally, it aims to bring administrative services closer to the people, facilitating rapid service delivery to meet the timely needs of local residents. Dr. Bin Sreymom instructed the municipal and district administrations to continue diligently fulfilling their roles and responsibilities, particularly in promoting the provision of administrative and public services and developing local areas in line with the principles of democratic development at the sub-national level.
