NBI Employee, Volunteer Arrested for P300K Extortion

A National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) contractual employee and a volunteer were arrested for allegedly extorting P300,000 from businessmen in Mindanao. The agency believes the scheme had previously generated approximately P1.7 million.
