A youth known by the moniker 'Son of Tiger Chief 07' has been arrested in Phnom Penh for alleged assault, attack, and torture against another young victim. The 17-year-old suspect is currently undergoing interrogation.
Phnom Penh Capital Police arrested a young suspect on the afternoon of July 28, 2026. The youth, known by the nickname 'Son of Tiger Chief 07', is accused of assault, attack, and torture against another young victim recently. The suspect allegedly claimed to be the son of 'Chief 07' to commit the crime. The arrested suspect has been identified as Rotana Visal, male, 17 years old.
