Public Questions Delay in Arrest of Former Military Commander Linked to Online Scams
Questions are being raised by the public in Cambodia's Poipet city over the authorities' inability to arrest a former military commander, despite an arrest warrant for online scams and money laundering. The court has also ordered the freezing of his assets.
