ホーチミン市での住宅建設許可申請は最長7日間のみ
7月1日より、ホーチミン市における個別の住宅建設許可の新規発行、修理、改築、調整の申請書は自治体や区に届けられ、最長7営業日以内に解決される。 ホーチミン市建設局は、市、区、コンダオ特別区の人民委員会に対し、市内の個々の住宅の建設許可を発行し、建設注文を管理する2025年建設法を施行するための指示を出したところ、7月初旬から発効する。
