Vietnam Signs Major Contract for First Pumped Storage Hydropower Project
Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has signed a major contract for the supply of electromechanical equipment for the Bac Ai Pumped Storage Hydropower Project, Vietnam's first of its kind. The contract, valued at approximately VND 4.46 trillion, was awarded to a joint venture of Voith Hydro Shanghai and Powerchina Zhongnan, with completion targeted for May 2031.
