In Bilin township, Mon State, heavy rainfall and mountain runoff around 9:30 AM on July 10 caused water to enter houses in the low-lying areas of Kanthayar Ward, leading to flooding. In Shwekyin city, Bago Region, heavy rainfall around 9:40 AM caused water to enter houses in Nyaundwine Ward and Nyaundwine New Quarter. As a result, Shwekyin Township Fire Brigade members, in cooperation with relevant organizations, assisted households in evacuating to the safe grounds of the Shwe Taung Gyi Pagoda hill. Bilin Township Fire Brigade members also cooperated with relevant organizations to assist flood-affected households in evacuating to safe areas. Furthermore, around 8:30 AM on July 10, the Nam Hkat River near Kyainpin village in Myinkat township, Shan State, rose, causing the Kyainpin Bridge to be submerged. Flooding also occurred on the road between Kyaitong and Myinkat. Myinkat Township Fire Brigade members, in cooperation with relevant organizations, provided assistance to facilitate the movement of travelers on the road.
