The company's EV lineup continues to hold its grip across all segments, with the Limo Green remaining the market’s top-selling model at 5,108 units. Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang affirmed that the remaining months of the year will be devoted to accelerating implementation rather than lowering expectations, aligning with Vietnam's broader economic growth strategy. Vietnam's economy has recorded its strongest industrial growth since 2019, with manufacturing continuing to lead as a key pillar of economic expansion, supported by improving demand, employment, and production capacity. Total trade turnover in the first half of 2026 stood at $549.69 billion, up 27.1% year-on-year, with notable increases in both exports and imports. Total registered FDI also rose 61% year-on-year to $34.65 billion in the same period, indicating growing investor confidence. While the domestic market remained generally stable, challenges such as smuggling, commercial fraud, and counterfeits persist across many sectors and localities. However, Vietnam is advancing its "Sustainable Marine Economic Development Strategy until 2030," identifying offshore wind power as a strategic sector capable of creating new growth momentum. In the aviation sector, the planned restoration of 91 weekly return flights by Vietnam Airlines and Vietjet Air is expected to meet growing travel demand and enhance connectivity with major economic and tourism centers. Furthermore, the elevation of Vietnam-EU relations to a comprehensive strategic partnership in early 2026 is anticipated to provide fresh momentum for cooperation in trade, investment, digital transformation, green transition, energy, climate action, and supply chain resilience.
