Cambodia Cracks Down on Suspected Online Scam Operations in Border City
An operation targeting suspected online scam operations was conducted in Poipet City, Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia. Four locations were searched, but no evidence of scam activities was found. Foreign nationals found to be illegally residing were handed over to immigration authorities.
