Prabowo Jokingly Calls Minister Bahlil 'Handsome' at PKB Event

President Prabowo Subianto playfully referred to Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia as 'MBG' (Mas Bahlil Ganteng), meaning 'Handsome Bahlil,' during the 28th anniversary of the National Awakening Party (PKB) in Jakarta on Thursday (23/7). Prabowo initially greeted guests including MPR Chairman Ahmad Muzani, leaders of the House of Representatives, and PKB Chairman Muhaimin Iskandar. He then addressed Bahlil with a jest. "They say MBG stands for Mas Bahlil Ganteng, you're quite clever," Prabowo said, drawing loud cheers from PKB cadres. Previously, a song featuring the lyrics "MBG: Mas Bahlil Ganteng, what is the sweetest fruit? Buaahhlil, looking even more handsome, my little bolu ketan," had gone viral on Instagram and TikTok.
