VP, Minority Bloc Senators Skip State of the Nation Address

MANILA, Philippines — Several notable figures were absent from this year's State of the Nation Address (SONA), including Vice President Sara Duterte, who was abroad; former Speaker Martin Romualdez; and members of the minority bloc, with the exception of Sen.
