Mexican Journalist Praises Vietnam's Profound Transformation Post-Doi Moi

A report by Regeneración, the political news outlet of Mexico’s ruling National Regeneration Movement, highlighted Vietnam's remarkable progress in its socialist-oriented development drive, 40 years after the implementation of the "Doi Moi" (Renewal) policy. The piece was timed to coincide with Vietnam’s National Day on September 2. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Vietnamese Consul General to New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia, recalled Vietnam’s 81-year journey of national defense and development, stressing that after 40 years of Doi moi, the country has emerged as a peaceful and dynamic nation. During the 2026-2027 dry season, Teams K70, K71, K72, and K73 will continue their search and repatriation mission, striving to fulfil the target based on 185 pieces of information concerning 761 graves.
