ハノイ市は7月1日から、永住者と一時滞在者を含む市内全域の人々を対象に定期健康診断と無料の疾病検査を実施する。 6月30日、ハノイ保健局のグエン・チョン・ディエン局長は、無料の定期健康診断プログラムが市内全域に正式に展開され、ハノイ史上最大規模の大規模医療政策の始まりであると述べた。
