Vientiane Nears Completion of Smart Road System Pilot for Heat and Pollution Control

A pilot project for a smart road system aimed at mitigating urban heat and air pollution in Vientiane, Laos, has reached 95% completion. Funded by a South Korean grant, the project is expected to be finished in October and handed over by mid-November, utilizing automated misting to cool roads and detect pollutants.
