Alice Guo, others indicted for graft over Tarlac POGO raids
The Philippine Ombudsman has indicted former Bamban Mayor Alice Guo and others for graft in connection with illegal offshore gaming operator (POGO) operations in Tarlac. Guo has previously been convicted of human trafficking.
