Aboitiz Renewables Breaks Ground on Largest Visayas Solar Plant in Negros Occidental
Aboitiz Renewables Inc. has broken ground for its 239-megawatt peak (MWp) solar power plant and a 65-megawatt (MW) battery energy storage system in Cadiz City, Negros Occidental. Expected to be operational by 2028, it will be the company's largest solar facility in the Visayas region.
