
82-Year-Old Man Rescued from 5-Story House Fire in Ho Chi Minh City
An 82-year-old man was trapped on the 5th floor of a 5-story house in Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, when a fire broke out around 9 AM on May 2. Firefighters responded quickly, using ladders from an adjacent rooftop to safely rescue the man. He was taken to the hospital for a health check due to suspected smoke inhalation. The fire was brought under control in about 10 minutes, but it destroyed many properties inside the house. The cause is currently under investigation.
